For over a decade, Jenn and Lilly have shared not just a friendship, but a life-long partnership rooted in a shared vision: to create a luxurious yet approachable haven where personal growth, professional aspirations, and creative freedom come together seamlessly.

When Jenn and Lilly opened their doors in August of 2021, the world was in flux, navigating uncertainty and shifting realities. They started with a dream, five talented stylist, and a 3,000 square foot space with booths to fill.

Today, One OAK has grown exponentially, tripling the size of its team and redefining what it means to be a modern luxury salon. Centered in the heart of their ethos lives education—empowering both them and their team to continually elevate their craft while creating a community that fosters support amongst other salon owners. In November of 2023, the duo opened their education center to other local stylist.

The space has evolved into a warm, welcoming environment where contemporary elegance meets a vibrant, unique energy. One OAK is more than a salon—it’s an uplifting retreat, designed to inspire everyone who steps inside to become the best version of themselves, both inside and out.
