An industry leader for over 22 years, Jenn began her career in the beauty world in 2001, managing New York’s distributor for One OAK’s leading elite color line - Goldwell.  Her love of product and genuine care for her customers drove her to the sales side of the company.  Jenn’s extensive knowledge and authenticity led her to win the highest overall growth as a consultant for an impressive 15 years of her career.

With the desire to absorb as much information as she could about the lines she supported in sales, Jenn attended countless classes in both hair and aesthetics.  In 2021, she became a part of the Surface Insider Team, where she learned more in depth about the organically derived ingredients behind the line and how to translate that knowledge to her stylists at One OAK while building her business.

After gaining experience in all fields, Jenn found her own niche in brow design and skin care.  Following her ambition to grow in both, she became licensed in waxing by the Aesthetic Science Institute in 2019.  A firm believer in only using/selling products that you can fully stand behind, Jenn and her long time bestie, Jenna Henau, put their heads and hearts together to create the perfect skincare line.  In 2022, they launched J. Leigh Glow Co. - a luxury skincare line sold exclusively at One OAK.

Outside of the salon, Jenn is a proud wife and mother of three.  She enjoys attending any and all events with family and friends, and can be found most weekends cheering her kids on at school and life events.  An avid lover of photography, Jenn also finds joy in being behind the camera.  From family portraits to adventuring into abandoned buildings, she brings out the beauty in everything.
